Certifications/License:

Mandatory Experience:
  • Critical Care Float Pool RN
  • Shift: Weekends 7A + 1 shift during week
  • Description:
  • Join our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend Day shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including:
    • Neuro ICU
    • Surgical ICUs
    • Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
    • Cardiology/Diagnostics
    • CVICU
    • SICU / MICU / NCCU
  • Float Policy: Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
    • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS – Required
    • Proficiency with EPIC – Required
    • Must have:
      • IV Start
      • Telemetry
      • Ventilator management experience
