Schedule / Job Type

Contract (6-Month LTA) | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit setting during night shift hours
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and assigned holidays including Labor Day and Christmas 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
