Registered Nurse – ICU (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Every Third Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting during overnight shifts
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) environment
• Familiarity with critical care equipment, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
