Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Epic)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting during night shift hours
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout all patient encounters
• Support an active Epic EMR conversion initiative within the facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective maternal and neonatal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California
• Current, hands-on Epic EMR experience (must be recent and clearly documented)
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Demonstrated Labor & Delivery clinical experience
• Complete and verifiable work history with EMR systems used listed per position, including date ranges when multiple systems were used at a single employer
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or held a staff employment position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting or working through an EMR conversion or system go-live
• Familiarity with both Epic and Cerner platforms in a Labor & Delivery or Women's Services environment
