Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the treating physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a consistent weekly schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with rehabilitation or acute care hospital environments
