Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Support an Epic EMR conversion, utilizing proficiency in both Epic and Cerner systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Proficiency in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems with experience in each within the last 5 years
• Each work history entry must include the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used at one employer, dates must clarify when each system was utilized
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in a comparable role
• No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in an acute care facility setting
