RN – Emergency Room (Epic)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
• Support an active Epic system conversion as part of an EMR backfill initiative

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current, hands-on Epic EMR experience
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Verifiable work history with charting systems documented for each position; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, date ranges for each system must be provided
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or held a staff employee position
• Firm start date required; no time-off requests will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working through an EMR conversion or system implementation
• Strong emergency nursing background with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows
