Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Point Click Care (PCC)
• Adhere to scheduled shifts including every other weekend and holiday

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care

• Valid RN license
• BLS Certification
• BSN required
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting
