About the Position

Average daily census: 4 patients. Weekend requirement: 2 weekends off every 4 weeks; weekends consist of 2 consecutive days from Friday to Sunday. This is an acute care facility. Scrub color: scrubs or business casual. Travelers may float between facilities nearby. Refusal to float may lead to assignment termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Unit patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Daily patient census typically includes 4 patients. Number of rooms and beds: 4. Additional unit information includes interdisciplinary support services such as physical therapy and respiratory services. Special procedures or unit details are not specified. Travelers are responsible for finding their own housing. Modules required for compliance and completed prior to start: average 16 hours spent. Time spent on modules is self-reported.
