Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit maintaining a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Float to a sister facility based on census needs as required
• Provide coverage every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Advanced or AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification obtained within the past 2 years required — candidates without AWHONN certification will not be considered
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
• Must be willing to float to a sister facility on an as-needed basis

• Experience working in a high-acuity Labor and Delivery environment
• Comfort and flexibility working across multiple campus locations
