Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Colorado Springs, CO

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a busy Level II Trauma surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trauma and neurosurgical procedures and be comfortable working in a high-volume operating room environment. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care, collaborate with the surgical team, and ensure patient safety throughout all phases of surgery.

Assignment Details

  • 13-week travel assignment
  • Night shift – 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Documentation system: EPIC
  • Hospital-provided scrubs
  • Department-specific orientation provided
  • Clinicians must be available in-state during orientation week

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
  • Trauma and Neurosurgery experience required
  • Active RN license required at the time of submission
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Experience circulating in the Operating Room
  • Scrubbing experience is not required
  • Previous charge nurse experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required for submission
  • Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
