About the Position
Position Overview
RiverView Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator to join a collaborative surgical services team in Crookston, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of surgical specialties in a community-focused Critical Access Hospital committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
As a Circulating RN, you will work closely with surgeons, CRNAs, surgical technologists, and fellow nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care throughout the surgical experience.
Surgical Services
The Surgical Services Department includes three Operating Rooms and two Endoscopy Suites. Case mix includes:
• Upper and lower endoscopy procedures
• General surgery (open and laparoscopic)
• Orthopedic surgery
• Total joint replacements
• Sports medicine procedures
• Spine procedures
• Podiatry
• OB/GYN procedures, including Cesarean sections
• Cardiac pacemaker insertions
• Pain management procedures
Schedule
• Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shared call rotation; Every fourth weekend call rotation

Requirements
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum one year of Operating Room Circulating experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
Preferred:
• Critical Access Hospital experience
• Experience circulating orthopedic, spine, and general surgery procedures
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Experience with electronic medical record systems
