THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Director of Surgical Services (RN) for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role requires in-person reporting; remote work is not supported, and travel is not required.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Arizona RN License
- 5+ years of Surgical Nursing Experience
- 1+ years Leadership Experience in a Surgical Setting
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Master's Degree in Nursing (or relevant field)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification
- Certified Perioperative Nurse
