This role involves providing care in a nursing home attached to a hospital, supporting a 70-resident facility that caters primarily to the elderly and those requiring rehabilitation. • Conduct patient charting and assessments
• Manage charge duties and administer medications
• Utilize clinical skills including IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
• Provide support to residents with dementia and rehabilitation needs

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in elderly care
• License to submit is a must
