You will work with a diverse patient population, using advanced skills to assess, monitor, and support patients transitioning from intensive care. To qualify, you need a current Ohio RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 2 years of PCU experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include strong critical thinking, experience with cardiac and respiratory monitoring, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient status.
