Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Ohio RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and recent CVICU or critical care nursing experience. Recommended skills include CCRN and CSC certifications, strong clinical assessment, proficiency with invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring, and the ability to work autonomously in a high-acuity environment.
