The role is located in a facility recognized for providing high clinical quality year over year. The hospital has received various awards for safety and patient care. The unit has a total of 36 beds and a dedicated staff. The typical patient ratio is 5:1 or 6:1 during day shifts and stretches to 7:1 at night. Standard Med Surge equipment is utilized on the unit. The electronic medical record system in use is Cerner. Candidates must possess critical skills for consideration. Neuro experience is preferred. The facility provides opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Every other weekend commitment is required. A new staff reference book will be provided at the onset of the contract.
