CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to work flexible hours. Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred. Description: The RN Charge/Supervisor position involves overseeing the nursing staff within the behavioral health division. The role requires management of patient care and the execution of treatment plans. Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, and treatment planning is essential. Additional experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients is preferred. The RN will work with diverse patient populations and collaborate effectively with external review organizations. The position may involve floating to different units as necessary. Strong communication and teamwork skills are vital for success in this role.
