About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Department required License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Epic experience required Travel experience preferred Description: Mandatory questionnaire must be completed as part of the application process. Candidates must review the job description thoroughly. Flexibility with scheduling is required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Compliance must be completed on time. All RNs must pass a required EKG exam. Two weekend shifts or four weekend days per six weeks are expected. Holidays may be required. No call is required. Candidates should be familiar with managing a variety of patient conditions. Experience with trauma is preferred. Skills in specific procedures and patient management in emergency settings are essential. Travelers may be floated to any facility as needed. Modules may be required during orientation and are considered non-billable. Compliance checks and background verifications will be conducted.
