About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license is required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Must have previous charge experience. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. References from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The role involves providing care to patients in a telemetry setting. Candidates must possess a minimum of 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A permanent Ohio license or a compact state license is mandatory at the time of application. ACLS and BLS certifications must be active and in hand before submission. References from a supervisory level in the specialty must be included. Travelers will complete an ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation. An acceptable score on assessments is required. Travelers may receive two attempts maximum to pass the assessments. All background checks will be reviewed, and any open cases will not be accepted. Exemptions for nicotine-free requirements are applicable for specific roles. The facility does not accept any license violations. Candidates should be prepared for pre-start modules as they are required annually.
