About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years in Medical Surgical nursing License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: Charge experience required EPIC EMR experience preferred Description: Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients. Implement nursing standards in the processes of care. Patient ratios will be 6:1 at most. There will be two LNA's to assist, along with a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor. All requested time off during the assignment must be noted at upload. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Local travelers are not eligible for this position. The traveler must have their own vehicle for this role. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests after the offer may lead to rescinded offers. Work history skills checklist relevant to medical surgical nursing must be current. A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required. The active New Hampshire RN license or compact license must be uploaded with the profile.
