Will float as needed to the Clinical Decision Unit. This position involves providing care in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to handle a variety of emergency situations and patient needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and patient volumes is required. Ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work under pressure. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care is necessary.
