About the Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) | 13-Week Travel Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care setting. The RN will provide high-quality post-anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients, ensuring safe recovery following surgical procedures while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Unit: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Care Setting: Acute Care
• Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Active RN license.
• BLS (AHA) Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• PALS Certification.
• Pediatric PACU experience required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Must be comfortable caring for ventilated patients, administering sedation, and managing vasoactive infusions.
• No first-time travelers.
• BSN not required.
