About the Position

36/48 hr rotating schedules. MUST HAVE LTC EXPERIENCE DON Sara will call for a phone interview Sara is VERY hands on, works the floor a lot, checks the med cart often Looking for minimal RTO Housing available: Pay the facility $150 a week They rent the whole basement - 2 miles away 3 bed - 1 bath - kitchenette - not sure about laundry - used by travelers Will get 1-2 nights of training. Population 1600 New faciity open Nov 2016 LPN - 12 hour shifts - good chance for OT Point Click Care Comp charting Ratio's for the LPNs - Nights 1:16 (typical # of resident's) and 1 CNA Must take 30 minute break for 8 hour shift No facial piercings. Pretty slow paced environment Tobacco free facility - no smoking during shifts
