Travel RN Throughput Unit jobs at the facility in Winston-Salem, NC let you use your observation nursing skills in a dynamic unit caring for patients with a variety of diagnoses. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, coordinate care transitions, and document patient information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. To qualify, you need an active North Carolina RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent experience in medical-surgical or observation nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Recommended skills include strong communication, adaptability, critical thinking, and proficiency with EMR systems.
