Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care activities and observations accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Valid LPN/LVN license
• Experience in long term care is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
