Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical care in a neuro unit setting
• Manage and staff additional overflow beds effectively
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Valid RN license
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the med-surg specialty
