Shifts: 4x10 10am-7pm, 4 days/week including Thursday/Friday, with every other weekend required

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN to join the Discharge Lounge team in Rochester, NY. This travel assignment requires a licensed professional dedicated to patient care and support in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN - Discharge Lounge

• Conduct vital signs, pain assessments, and intake/output monitoring
• Administer medications (oral, IM, SQ, NG/G-tube, ear and eye drops) and IV therapy
• Provide wound care and manage feeding tubes
• Communicate patient status changes to RN/MD
• Float within skill set as required

Requirements of the LPN - Discharge Lounge

• Active New York Single State LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• EPIC charting experience
• Acute Care experience within the last 2 years
