Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in CVICU for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves working in a comprehensive critical care environment where you will be integral in providing exceptional care for post-operative cardiac and thoracic surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU

• Manage immediate post-operative care for cardiac surgeries including CABG, heart transplants, and valve repairs
• Monitor invasive lines such as Swan Ganz and a-lines, and manage pacemakers
• Administer cardiac medications and handle ventilator and trach management
• Interpret cardiac rhythms
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated CVICU Intensivist and Charge Nurse

Requirements of the RN - CVICU

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience with at least 1 year in CVICU
• Epic EMR experience
• CCRN and CV surgical experience preferred
