About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: None required Must-Have: Basic Med Surg knowledge Description: Unit has 33 beds with a patient ratio of 5:1. Staffing includes a charge nurse, RNs, techs, and a secretary. The unit utilizes a documentation system. Scheduling requirements include every other weekend, with flexibility for requests off. Travelers may be required to float as needed. Patient experience involves completing whiteboards. The department is known for teamwork and has had positive experiences from first-time travelers. Dress code includes navy blue, black, royal blue, or gray scrubs. Unit policies and guidelines will be attached.
