The ideal candidate will have experience in a critical care setting. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team. Candidates must have experience with basic ICU procedures including central line placements and intubations. Familiarity with ICU equipment and documentation systems is necessary. The work environment emphasizes teamwork and effective communication. Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. The dress code includes wearing royal blue scrubs and maintaining a clean appearance. Visible piercings other than earrings are not permitted. Body art should be covered whenever possible, with policies addressed individually.
