Job Title: Tele/Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Ambulatory Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: CA RN Licensure Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - 2 years of solid telemetry experience - ACU/PACU experience required Description: The Tele/Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse is accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. This includes direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. The nurse delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients within the assigned area. The role involves developing, implementing, and coordinating a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. The nurse fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family or support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.
