Key Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the first responders when patients are admitted to the emergency room
• Rapidly identify medical issues and assess severity upon patient arrival
• Provide immediate clinical support to minimize negative long-term health effects
• Deliver life-sustaining interventions as required in critical or emergent situations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate emergency treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Oklahoma RN license or valid compact state license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• NIHSS Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel nursing experience
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
