For RNs working ICU, IMCU, Med Surg, ED, or Birthing, one reference must be from the candidate's most recent assignment or permanent position. Modules Modules are generally completed during orientation and average 3 4 hours. Module time is non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Module completion is tracked via the facility report.
