About the Position

Job Title: Neuro Interventional Radiology RN Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Neuro Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Sedation experience required. Pass/Fail exam during orientation. Description: Specific to Neuro IR, but training is available for regular IR nurses interested in transitioning. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts. Call will be required between 10 to 14 days per month. Candidates must not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization. A driver's license is required for all candidates. Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care. Refusal to remove artificial nails will lead to termination of contract. The hospital can cancel up to four shifts during a 13-week assignment. The charting system used is EPIC. Pass a skills exam with a requirement of 90% to pass.
