December 19, 2013 A Great group of people.I loved my time at Good Shepherd in the Case Management Dept. Many of the employees have been there for over 20 years, and have a wealth of information and resources. The job of case manager can be very demanding, and is constantly changing. During my time there, they were undergoing many changes in the roles and expectations. Work life balance was a challenge due to the demands of the roles, but that was undergoing change. They are a very pro-active team, and everyone was willing to help other members of the team. Assisting patients and families with needs was very rewarding. The culture is a good one, and the other hospital employees made the work enjoyable. |
