Fun working environment, very little time for anything else.

I had a blast every day I worked at OSS. Close environment with the same people can be problematic sometimes, but for the most part coworkers became very close. It's a blast working with the kids, as well.

Watch your back

The orientation on the units is not consistent. Not enough time to complete responsibilities. Most RN's work though their lunch break and still clock out. They also clock out at end of shift but continue to work in fear of retaliation. Don't get on managements or any long term employees bad side or they will make your life hell.
