Absolutely love my job.

A typical day includes caring for post op joint replacement patients. I have learned to accept that patient needs come first. Listen closely to their concerns and needs. Patient safety is of utmost importance. Showing that you truely care about their needs and concerns and often times fears, is the best way to gain their trust. Co-workers need you and you need them. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting and caring for my patients.

An opportunity to practice management and still be a patient advocate

I enjoy working for this company. I started out in the Surgical Intensive Care unit and have continued my education becoming one of the hospital supervisors. I continue to grow in knowledge on a daily basis and enjoy the relationships I have created with physicians and staff.
