Don't count on your management because they really aren't very knowledgable and don't have respoect for their employees

Good place to work

A typical day is never the same thing twice. I learned alot about surgical procedures and surgical nursing. My managers worked to create a safe and efficient operating room. My co workers were kind and everyone worked together to fufill what needed to be done for the day. The hardest part of the job was dealing with difficult surgeons. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my co workers because we learned so much from each other.
