competent staff,good benefits, great work schedule

Most of my nursing I learned here.I floated to med/surg, pediatrics, ,ob-gyn floors.I learned how to start IV's,apply telemetry, wound care, assist RN,s as needed.The best part of this job was every day was something new I was never bored.Management was good they listened to what you said,your opinion mattered The hardest part of the job was getting several admissions at one time.The most enjoyable part of the job was every day was different. Different patients,a different diagnosis , a different treatment.
