Being a travel nurse is a freedom that not many other professions can experience. If you love travel nursing there is always an assignment that you can take after you complete one. If you want time to settle down between assignments this profession also allows time for that. If you want to stay put in one area for a while but continue to work there is plenty of options for work in a permanent residency for a time until you want to continue with travel nursing. Between assignments you usually have up to 30 days between assignments where you can still receive health benefits as well. There is a lot of opportunity for travel nurses to do anything they want during that time between assignments.
