Caring, dedicated staff

As a majority, caring staff members who are committed to providing exceptional patient- centered care to both long term residents and short term post acute care patients. However, staff accountability was lacking.

Great place to work unionized, supportive if maintained by union county

Working on cornerstone units, great , caring, patients become family, supportive environment. County threatening to close or sell now , uncertain future.

A good place to work . mostly friendly and caring

I love working there except for if you try and advance yourself and go back to schoo lthere is no program or anything in place for you to move up in your career you have to go else where.There rather hire from the outside instead of giving you a chance to prove yourself.
