comfortable place to work where additional education is promoted

This job has offered me a variety of experiences as a typical day can begin with 3 in house patients and suddenly there are 3 admissions in 1 hour, meds to pass on schedule, IV's to hang in a timely manner, medications to obtain from satelite pharmacy for new admits, orders to sign off and follow, families requesting conferences and needing education, CNA staff requiring assistance, MD's rounding and anything else that comes my way. Co-workers are supportive and eager to assist, management tries to include staff in decision making process. The hardest part of the job is the extra time for training and the most enjoyable is the patient care.
