I worked for UMMC for 31 years , its family!

As an emergency room nurse team work is essential. Staying calm in all situations is a must. I Enjoy working in a fast paced environment. I enjoy taking care of all types of patients in different situations.

Great staff, poor enviroment

This is a small community hospital where co-workers become a second family. I enjoy working here, most of the time. This facility is currently undergoing a merger that will hopefully lead to positive changes in management. And hopefully this will lead to a more fair and happy work environment.
