July 22, 2012 I enjoyed my positionMy position allow me to interact with the doctors, nurses and other management about the security of medications. I learned how to be efficient with reports, training and supervising the placement of the Pyxis stations and help setting them up for use. The hardest part of my position was keeping systems flowing in a large hospital setting, and the most enjoyable was interacting with management and being proud of work that I was doing. |

July 07, 2012 Focused staff credential of BSN or greaterI am a loyal employee of Wellstar and thankful for the years of service and experience that I have received. I am sorry to see the role of the Licensed Practical Nurse be eliminated and the nurses holding that experience being reduced from a board licensed nurse to a certification position. It is only my opinion that experience is sometimes better service than credentials. |

May 17, 2012 could care less about dedicated employees managers very prejudice, one wrong turn and youre out of there with no benefits, job.Did daily work to the best of my ability only to be refermended in front of other employees. I learned agreat deal of information regarding regulations medical and with patients. most co-workers were easy to get along with but there were a few that made your job difficult.Coping with hr was a real nightmare. Managers and directors were here today gone tomorrow leaving other employees in the dark. Seems like the well deserved employee gets the boot while the back stabbers go all the way to the top. I enjoyed my job until it became my bosses number one concern to demote any of your accomplishments. I have always taken my job seriously this was my life but it wasn't enjoyable when you hear conversations that constantly degrades you or your coworkers. |
