I enjoyed working in a hospital environment. Teamwork was definitely the key.

Rural Emergency room

This is a rural emergency room which is not typically very busy, but can see very critical patients and has to rely on limited resources. Having worked in the ED setting for more than 5 years, one learns a great deal about patient care. The coworkers are typically very friendly and helpful. Everyone works together and no one has their own patients. The hardest part of the job is dealing with unmotivated physicians. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing that what you are doing is making a difference in people's immediate wellbeing.
