very friendly people to work with.

My day starts out with a daily inspection of the building, including lights, hospital equepment, water temp, air temp. ect.I could do anything from changing light bulbs & ballast to replacing a clutch on a hospital bed, also includes snow removal, changing water valves ,plumming issues. Also changing a fan motor & replacing a thermistat wouldn't be unusual for my day.I get along very well with the management, we work together or he will give me my days PM's & i go off & do the work i'm given without questions.i work well with the other less experienced co workers, i enjoy showing them how to fix something that they don't know how to fix & explaining why it is fix that way, unless we both don't know how then we go to the boss & ask him how to fix it. I've learned a multiple of tasks from my coworkers as well. The most enjoyable part of my job is dealing with the patients & staff members, i like to help fix things & take care of problems that effect them.

Great company for learning, great therapy for patients

Working on faced paced stroke unit I learned many things. Staffing is great thus allowing enough time for quality care for patients.
