Enjoyed working with Patients and Financial Counseloring Assistant

Typical day at work include greeting patient for office visits and schedule for next visit. Daily I learn something new on how to close out accounts pulling and searching medical records for next visit. Getting financial assistance or agencies to help self insured patients. My co-workers along with management work together in assisting our patients to get the best result outcome for the patient. The hardest part of my job was trying not to get attached to patients who visit daily for treatment. The most enjoyable part is when the patient is overall satisfied with our services and physician.

I work 7p to 7a, 6x a week, I am very happy because all my co- worker and supervisors have a good team work.
