easy going environment

Westhchester is an easy going pace to work where its like little havana every day all day and the cuban coffee never runs out. I found that most charge nurses were not familiar with the policies and procedures of the hospital or the law for that matter. decisions were made based on how they felt as opposed to policy and regulations. however the staff were friendly and helpful if you were Hispanic / Philippino.
