Above average company with good working environment. Well run by higher level of management.

Typically, need to maintained the high level of patient care in a day to day work activities.Learned on how to deal with co-workers on a diversified environment/culture.Was able to managed and maintained department employees in a positive way by handling hectic schedules of treatments and diagnostics procedures.Hardest part of my job is, with an employee with an attitude problem and work slacking. ( progressive discipline would be initiated).Good working relationship and communication to each and every employees including patient and families.

It's the place where you want to be. Team work, flexible hours and days to work. Good ethics.
